About Me
Throughout university, I avoided public speaking whenever possible and had little confidence in my ability to secure a professional role. For much of my degree, I had no relevant work experience and found interviews daunting.
Rather than accepting that, I treated the job application process like an additional class. I studied interview techniques, sought feedback and developed frameworks to communicate my experiences more effectively.
Those efforts helped me secure a role at one of Australia’s Big 4 banks. Combined with my experience working in HR recruitment, I’ve experienced the hiring process from both perspectives — as a candidate working to secure competitive roles and as a recruiter evaluating applications and conducting interviews.
My approach is practical, structured and focused on helping you prepare and approach each stage of the job application process with confidence. You don’t need to be the most outspoken person in the room to perform well in an interview, but you do need preparation, structure and practice.
